Before uploading documents, you must confirm your understanding of Xworks documentation and traceability requirements. These are non-negotiable conditions of supplier qualification.

I confirm that all evidence will be captured at the point of event — weighing, collection, processing — not reconstructed after the fact. I confirm that no evidence documents will be edited, altered, or reconstructed. Only original, source-captured files will be submitted. I understand that evidence must be uploaded within 24 hours of the documented event. Late submissions will require corrective action. I confirm that all files will follow the Xworks naming convention: [SUPPLIER-ID]_[DATE]_[DOC-TYPE]_[REF] I confirm that all Tier 1 prerequisite documents (entity registration, VAT/TIN, site permits, weighing calibration certificate) are current and will be kept up to date. I understand that any recycled content percentage claim must be supported by a certification, test report, or waste transfer note confirming the declared figure. Unsupported claims will be flagged as Action Required.
